We can have the first design concepts to you in 3 days. Then, depending on your feedback and revisions we can have it back to you in about another 2 or 3 days. Sometimes it can go even faster.

Here is how the overall process goes. First, we have you fill out our logo design questionnaire. You likely did this already when you ordered your logo. Next, we take this info and create several design concepts for you. The number of concepts depends on exactly what logo package you purchased. Finally, we get your feedback and make changes/revisions to the logo.

We recommend the “Standard Logo Package” as it’s by far our most popular package. You get 6 logo design concepts and 3 rounds of revisions. If you have a good idea of what you want your logo to look like, then get the “Basic Logo Package”. On the other hand, if you want a lot of options right away, go with the “Premium Logo Package”.

We want you to be able to actually use your designs, therefore we’ll supply you with everything you’ll need, including the design files listed below. These are the most common formats used for printing, social media, websites, and online. If you need your logo in another format not listed, we’re happy to help. Just ask us.

Next, we take that info and create some logo design concepts. We then share these concepts with you. Once you give us your feedback, we’ll work with you on revisions to dial in the logo to be just how you like it.t

As professional designers, we have access to literally thousands of different fonts. If there is a specific style of font you like we can find a font that matches that. If you’d like to look around at some font options, we recommend Google Fonts: https://fonts.google.com/.

We will create various design concepts for you (the number of concepts depends on what package you purchased). We then work with you on revisions to your favorite design. We use your feedback to get it dialed in just how you like it. Once finished, we provide you with a logo in several of the most popular and useful formats (like ESP, PNG, JPG, etc). If you need it in a specific format, we can most likely do that. Just let us know.

We currently accept payments through PayPal. With PayPal, you may also pay using your credit or debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Keep in mind that the design process is very iterative and collaborative, so we’ll give you the first designs as well as your feedback to improve them. Typically, our clients ask us to modify colors, typefaces, and layout. They’ve even requested that we combine the top half of one concept with the bottom half of another before. We include 3 rounds of revisions with your logo package. We’ll work with you on your logo design to make it totally flawless.

No. The price you pay is the flat price for the logo you choose. There are not any hidden fees or extra charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

You do. Once you pay us for the logo we hand over the flies. At that point, you own the copyright to the flies. It really is that simple.

The first stage in the logo design process is to develop some logo design concepts. We’ll use the info you gave us in the creative brief (your signup form) to generate ideas for your logo. This is our starting point. After we’ve finished creating your ideas, we’ll ask you to evaluate them so that we can continue fine-tuning the design. Just keep in mind that if you pick a package with more concept options, you’ll get more upfront variety.
